As well as a new computer, I will be getting a new headset at around Friday.

As long as it works on my PC and it will work on Teamspeak, please suggest it!

If you happen to be a headset ruiner like me, Id get a Webcam to use as a microphone and just use headphones. However if you happen to take good care of a mic id say get a turtle beach headset due to they are ment for gaming and are very stable/reasonable for pricing

Depends what your budget for a headset is to be honest.
Give us a figure and we can suggest the best value for money.

can never go wrong with senheiser for audio capturing or playback, always great quality and great build quality too

SteelSeries Sibera v2. They are a bit pricey but have lasted me years so far. They are the best fitting headphones I've ever had, best quality headphones for the price and they come with a short cable and an extension cable.

Obviously you'd get better quality if you spend more money but I bought a £100 headset and haven't used it, just kept using this one.

Alternatively you could go down an arguably better rout of buying a good set of headphones and then buying a USB Condenser microphone. The Snowball Blue is fantastic.

My current set up is Sibera v2 headphones and I'm using the Tbone sc-400 XLR Condenser mic.
