when i try to join the server it comes up with i strange message saying that this server is flagged unsafe by spamhaus.org/xbl

I would recommend you to force update your minercaft.
spamhaus.org/xbl is a spamlist thingy.
When do you get this message i guess you get it when you register on the forum ??
because there you could get it i really dont see how you could get that message when joining a server other than some internet filtering thingy.
So check youre client first then check youre internetz
Are you playing online through the Minecraft website, or have you downloaded the game?
i downloaded 1.4.4 and i cant join the server what do i do?
We hadn't updated to 1.4.4 yet (some plugins had to be updated first), they updated 8 minutes ago so we're 1.4.4 now! :D
