Revival and Changes

I'm currently dedicating a bit of time to starting up the server again. I'll be spending the next two weeks putting effort into the following areas:

• Map Rotations - done
• Custom Map Installs - done (extra progress may be made)
• Plugins - done
• Proper Branding
• Admin stuff (rules, forums etc)
• Creating a solid moderator team

Blue's To-Do List:

• Update server - done
• Update / install FragRadio - done
• Install Hide & Seek Custom Map - done
• Create map rotation - done
• Review basic configurations
• Sort moderator / staffing powers
• Assemble staffing team
• Sort staffing powers and accounts
• Draft + Finalise list of server rules
• Set up server branding
• Misc Stuff.

I'm thinking PropHunt (hide and seek) will become a special map that staff will change to, when it is requested.

Frag Radio has been re-installed with the latest and most up-to-date version.

It's taken a number of hours but PropHunt is now installed on the server.

It comes with a bunch of maps that are compatible with it, I've set some up on the map rotation, just kicking the server up again to check nothing broke. We will test everything when I'm finished next week.

Moderators & Admins assigned their account permissions. Yet to be tested.

PropHunt fully installed. Yet to be tested.

Full server testing shall take place over the next few days. Ensure your TF2 clients are up to date!

I'd like to post on the moderators thread thing but it says its locked so where can I put my application?

mr bluehat if you copy youre addons and cfg and maps folders to a safe place and reinstall tf2 the server would be fine when you copy all that stuff back into the updated server folder

That's what I am doing mr lord gandalf! It's just taking a while, those files are pretty large now sadly.

Jimred I've closed the application thread as we no longer need any more.

Working on the server now to get it up and running today hopefully.

Getting ready to re-install the server to hopefully fix an updating problem.

Then i'll begin the re-install of all custom assets like cfg files, addons and new maps.

THEN WE'LL BE READY TO ROLL!

Let me know when where ready to roll out i will gather some peepz and where going to test the server hardcore :p
Its a shame that the TF2 server still isnt uptodate btw still getting the error for some odd reason :S

Yea, how is it going? I would love to complete my clan application soon and I have been playing with gandalf a load... So when can I complete my application?

We've not had time to dedicate to trying to get the server running yet. A number of problems and I'm going to have to re-install which will take a good few hours. I'm moving house and starting term time again so it's going to be a while.

I would apply without TF2 in your application, alternatively Gandalf can accept you if he would like :)
