Majorly Broke Something xD

Well sadly. I think i broke everything on my computer....
Tryed even getting on Console for my computer and cancel programs and appears as nothing is even running.
Cant do anything In-Game even tryed rebooting mc, force updating it Nothing works.
Ran a Security Scan on my computer didnt come up as anything.

Any suggestions on how to fix?

delete youre .minecraft folder and restart minecraft. It will redownload all minecraft files and libraries
