Graphical Error (please help?)

Okay, I don't know if this is the right place to ask about this, but this has been bugging me for a while. I haven't played minecraft for some time because my computer... well... DIED. But then the geek squad ressurected it, and so I reinstalled minecraft. But when I did, these wierd graphical errors showed up:

Text has a wierd black backround, as well as things like torches, items, translucent blocks, and some other stuff. Does anyone know how to fix this?

P.S. My graphics card is an Intel Graphics Media Accelorator (I have no idea what the "official" name is)

It seems that you computer is having problems with tranparency.
The only way i would recommend to fix it is that you could update your graphic card's drivers.
I don't know any other ways.
