I took the skin into a editor and found it looked grate with the boots being a darker brown ,mixed well with the blue contrast and color,but i think i see the problem now, its the fact the boots...

Yea make the armor look like the dragons skin, well if possible make the leather a dark brown mixed with dark`ish blues,the metal armor on the chest and for-arms can be a darker steel to, the skin...
