New Ticket System!!

We have recently installed a new ticket system we will be using instead of helpop. To use the new ticket system all you need to do is type /modreq [Your Message]. Please make sure that you are at the location which you need help, for example, if you want a plot, stand in the plot then type /modreq Can I claim this plot please :). Once a staff member receives your ticket, they will teleport to you and sort you out!

**From now on DO NOT use /helpop, we will not respond to /helpop queries**

Why have you changed it, i think /helpop was easy

This system allows the mods/admins to accept your request. It sends you a message saying who is handling your request (so you know that someone has read your message) It then sends you another message telling you when your request has been completed. I find this alot better and easier way then /helpop.
