Minecraft Performance Issue

So, the title already says.
Today, I woke up, booted up my laptop and started playing Minecraft.
I noticed that my fps was lower than normal, it was switching through 20 - 60 and normally I used to have 120-150 fps.
I got 8GB Ram, an i5 Quad Core @ 2,5 Ghz Nvidia 610M with 1GB Memory.
How can I just get this sudden fps drop?
