Hello cassyfoy123,

after reviewing your private message you sent to Jack (Jack asked me to deal with it) I've been coming to this statement:

4.1.0. Griefing is not allowed.
4.1.0.1. Definition of griefing: Destroying items/blocks NOT owned by the user & pouring lava or water over blocks NOT owned by the user.

2. Actions we have taken
Your account (cassyfoy123) has been banned locally and this ban will stay, since griefing is the worst thing you can actually do on a server, you destroyed another players work.
This is not acceptable on every server you will play on, so I will not uplift that ban. Infact, I will put it up to global, as a warning for all other servers.

3. Remaining regulations
I will not close this thread yet, I will give you from now on (22:00 GMT) 48 Hours to reply to this ban and to go in for a final appeal. But for now, your ban will stay.
