More Forum Staff

I notice a lot of spam on the boards, and it seems like it takes a while for it to be taken care of. Maybe there could be a few more people who just take care of the forums, cleaning up spam, banning spammers, moving posts so the minecraft staff don't have to do it.

Just a thought. I expect Jack to just call me a silly American and ignore me. <3<3<3<3

I agree with this. Just this morning i deleted 2 posts, we could do with some sort of forum staff, that make sure that no spam is going on and that everything is kept fine.
I'd say that we could use something like this. Or at least put it on a trial.

We've had a massive increase of spambots in the last couple of weeks, to the point that there were so many that you couldn't just quickly remove them before you had to go somewhere. We've added a captcha in the registration process so the spam should stop soon... :3
I usually just remove/move posts from my phone when I see it, but when there's 10 spam topics that would take ages :p

2 hours before you posted we've added even more spam protection. again, we changed the registration process and we added a spam prevention tool. Every post/thread is scanned and will be put in a moderation queue if it believes it is spam. so far this seems to be working, as it caught the first spambot.
