Why should we unban you?

Because I didn't do anything. I was standing AFK 'cuz I was eating dinner.
When I returned it said "Banned for griefing". The only thing I could come up with was that they banned me when I tore down my old home and thought the house didn't belong to me. I really enjoy playing on the server, so please Un-Ban me. Morazawa

Hello Morazawa

I am DMBHazz and I was the person that banned you. I banned you for griefing because I found evidence that on 12/11/12 you went along and destroyed a side of another players bridge. (links to screen shots below) the bridge was clearly made by another player and by destroying it you broke the rules listed below.


4.1.0. Griefing is not allowed.
4.1.0.1. Definition of griefing: Destroying items/blocks NOT owned by the user & pouring lava or water over blocks NOT owned by the user.

As you should be aware griefing is not allowed on this server as stated in our term and conditions found here http://slapgaming.com/index.php?pageid=terms&tabid=33

Your ban was only meant to be a temporary 24 hours ban as per our policy on griefing, as this was your first offence. However it seems you where banned for alot longer than that and I can only apologise for this. Your ban will be lifted shorty and I hope you can get back to enjoying our server.

I excuse my brother who plays on the same account. He tore down some wool too. I have put the wool (I couldn't find the stonebrick) in a chest outside my house. Thanks for the un-ban Morazawa

To prevent this happening again, I would suggest you a) make your brother buying one account for him or b) get a new password.
