Block noteblock and repeater usage in worldguarded areas

Hello LegendaryToxic here, I was thinking that sometimes people may want to make things using note blocks. If people were to use note blocks they wouldn't want others changing their "tune" so i was wondering if there could be a plugin installed if there is one of having note blocks locked so others cant change them.

Yes this would be a goldy thing to have a protecting so people cant by "accident" wreck youre repeater settings and kill youre machine
