Adding lapis as a vip grant

I think that lapis shards should be a VIP grant because lapis is not really used for much things besides dye and blocks. To me personally it would be lovely to have it and a lot of people use it for crafting blocks and putting the lapis blocks into their builds. It is also kinda hard to get lapis in the over world and sometimes Resource world. I am a person who loves lapis and its hard trying to find it and its hard buying it from people because some people wont sell it and other people will ask outrages prices for them.

Lapis is a pretty rare ore, the vip grant system is made to grant players easily collect able materials that you often use (stone, wood etc.). Lapis is not such a material.
