Reason for being banned

I don't know why

Why should we unban you?

It's kind of hard to fill this in if I don't even know why I'm (temp) banned?
I went off for a game of League of Legends, came back to start building on an island that Nirosu had me added to the WG, and now all of a sudden I'm banned?

Could anyone please reply, so I can atleast defend myself? :/ Only minecaft I play is on this server, and I don't feel like LoL atm >.<

Hello Yannis, I shall be doing your ban appeal.

1. Reason for your banning
Making a player trap

Yannis, while I was riding on my horse in Old Survival I came across a build of yours. Within the WG, I noticed an odd shaped cobblestone structure, so went to take a look.

As you can see, you made this structure within the edge of your WG, and anyone who steps on the pressure plates would get stuck and unable to move, as blocks will raise around them and trap them. I found that if I wasn't a staff member, I couldn't mine the blocks or jump out to get free. I would have been stuck there if there was no staff member online to free me.


2. Actions we have taken

I gave you a 2 day ban, as to be honest, making any trap for players themselves that kill or trap them is not allowed and isn't fair. You could have really ruined a player's gametime and fun with this.

I removed the blocks, but when your ban is over I want you to remove the rest of it. Do NOT let me find you doing traps liken this again.

After receiving a message about this trap and what it can do, I thought about it and found that yes, even though players can get trapped, it wasn't as bad as some player traps can be, so I am unbanning this player.

May I suggest then that you place signs and warnings about what these traps are and what they can do? So that way, players don't accuse this of being a player trap (like i did)
