Build in my way

I have a friend that says he isn't coming back to the server because he was breaking rules and got banned and I was wondering if I could get his build reset because its really ugly and unfinished. My build is also expanding rapidly and it's is in my way of expanding. All the build is is a flat plot with a unfinished house on it. So If it is possible please reply to this and ill find you on the server and creat a modreq.

I dont see any harm in removing the builds of banned players. pretty sure it's a thing. bug me about it when im online!
