This is mainly for honkin, stoux, gnoe, and jack. I just thought it would be a good idea for guides to have access to the command that shows ppl links such as the become a member link and etc. because I would like to be able to show ppl the links when a staff member isn't on.

I support that guides should be able to have rights to certain messages, however the problem is if you give them one you have to give them all of them currently, which is why it hasn't happened yet
