Also, unrelated. How the F does one go about learning to play without mouse acceleration? I just found out I've pretty much always had it on. I feel majorly spassy without it.
I've been using an Xbox360 wireless controller for windows. Its proving to be quite good for flying altho it has taken me a while to get used to it in flying jets. I've yet to get fully up to speed in choppers yet.

Jack, I had originally bought a flight stick for flying the jets and helis with but Dice/EA failing to release support for that I was having an absolute mare with controlling and flying the jets. BF3 was treating my stick like it was a gamepad, and failed to let me rebind the stick effectively. I bought the gamepad to allow me some sense of control over the air based vehicles. As for everything else, I've been using the mouse and keyboard.
And FYI: I don't talk LIEK I HAZ NOEZ GRASPINGS ON TEH ENGRISH INTERWEBZ KK?!

It doesn't sit well with me, never ever been able to fly with keyboard and mouse. Hence the gamepad, however I am disappoint that I cannot use my joystick, it is going up for sale on the ebay soon.
