can a mod spawn 1 stack of building things per day if your a member

This is a survival server, you are meant to survive. Things are not just given to you by the staff.

However, if you become VIP, one of the perks is being able to spawn yourself a stack of any basic materials (logs, cobble, sand, ect.) three times every day. :)
