Minecraft actually seems to be going in the right direction with gameplay updates, UI convenience, bug fixes and so on. Too bad it's almost 2 years late with that.

Bukkit joining Mojang was the best thing to happen to Minecraft.

It was buggy with clicking, typing was not functional and it had no FOV. They only fixed those things recently..
