explanation - i loged into this server with a friend in order to test a plugin we thought about suggesting to add to a server we are staff members at, it is called Launchme, and according to the plugin bukkit page your server have it: http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/tp-fun ... 597.45895/ (http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/tp-fun-launchme-v1-8-3-cannon-based-transport-1597.45895/)
if you look 2 lines after the video there you will see your server address, how-ever when we got there and i asked about the plugin you said you do not use it.

so i told kong_daniel (my friend from the other server) the next server address in the list and gave its ip , i did not want to give it in public since i didnt want to advertise servers, so i sent it there with an /msg command. your Moderator seem to be able to read massages and banned me for that.

you can find proofs in the chat history about me asking about the plugin (if you record that), my friend kong_daniel will also agree with this story.

i wish to be unbanned since having a local ban with "advertising" reason doesnt give me good reputation at other servers i go to.

i am sorry for not been more careful but i think the ban is not justified .

appealing though mcbans doesnt work. it gives a blank page.

Our server is indeed on that list, but as you have noticed it is quite outdated. We will get that fixed.
About the ban, our rules on advertising are quite simple: No matter if you do it with /msg or in public chat, its both advertising.
Your ban sticks.
