Well that was p4r4...He was not power happy. He was asking you a question and pleading the 5th does not apply to this. He was asking you how you got the diamond armor and he said after you were banned that you only had a stone sword in your inventory so it was a bowl of cr**. Even if you bought armor, how did you get the money for diamond? He asked you and you plead the 5th. Have a good day sir.

the server lag jacked my armor as i was putting it on! i bought it at the store earlier in the day.

but that is not why im saying i want to be on the server, i really like not getting griefed or stuff stolen, if i was breaking any rules then i will read them again and i will make sure not to break them.

I dont think you will be unbanned. p4r4 was pretty mad when he was talking to you and us when you were offline about you. He's not gonna unban you, i dont think.
