I don't know why Why should we unban you?
I didnt do anything wrong? i asked for help with a grinder issue and was left high and dry i didnt argue with any rules or facts brought forward only that my request was a valid one.

You're request was NOT valid. This is a survival server, as you were told multiple times. We do not turn off mob spawning so you can work on your blaze spawner without getting harmed. That would be the opposite of survival.
You were told no, yet you continued to press the subject, whining because you werent getting your way, basically being a trolling kid. You were repeatedly told to drop the subject and you refused. You were banned for one hour by me for continuously arguing with staff, and ignoring me when I instructed you to drop the subject.

The fact that you even appealed this temp ban, and especially the fact that you can't seem to comprehend the reason why you were banned, is very concerning to me.... like an hour might not have been long enough.

Your attitude, especially towrds staff, has been noted by many. This is something you need to correct, or further action will be taken. You will show respect to the staff of this server or you won't be here, plain and simple.

Para, your hostility towards me in every case you have delt with me is unneseccary. i accepted that you could not turn off the spawner the first time you said it and i stated that my request was not worded correctly. That was a very small part of what happened before you banned me yet you focused on it as if i was insisting you could and should do it? that was not the case. After this i asked if a mod would go in the grinder for me, which you refused which is fine and so did the other mod that was on [the name of which i can't remember] the issue started when you started telling me that it would be against the rules to do that for me. i was just asking another player for some help, i have had help with this in the past with no issue at all, i even apologised to you to try and defuse your hostility as it got to the point where you didn't care what i was asking the answer was NO. Do you even know what it was i needed?

You have done this to me in every encounter i have had with you and in every case i have gone to another mod/admin with my request and had no issues what so ever? i dont know what reason i have given you to be this way with me but the situation is a problem that needs resolving.

As for "the many" who have noted my "attitude". who are these people excactly? please come forward and express your disliking towards my attitude and i will do what i can to improve it.

As a side issue i dont appreciate the name calling. Calling me a "Trolling kid" is unneseccary and i'm refering to the conversation we had at the time not your post.

In your previous post you state that 1. you accepted the fact that parrabellum could not turn off the spawner. As I review these logs you did not drop the topic at all, Even better you kept on harassing staff for them to help you. 2. you were requesting help from other players. Wich the logs proof to be a false statement. 3. Lying about requests other staff members filled for you. I can confirm (and I will ask her to post here as well) that Daloria NEVER helped you with such practices.

The thing that bothers me the most is the attitude of you in this piece of log alone. Constantly harasssment of not only staff, but players as well as you keep on shouting through global chat.


As i don't know you, and thus are not familiar with your behaviour on the server, I will note this down as a final warning for you.
However, If another senior of staff decides to ban you, wich most likely will be daloria/jack, I will not downvote their opinions, and let them ban you.

first of all i did continue to ask for help but i didnt insist they turn it off.

When i said i was asking another player for help i was talking about para and the other mod that was on, not that i made a seperate request to another player

lastly Daloria has helped me with an issue that previously Para insisted could not be done and became hostile about.

Was i shouting on the chat? i dont remember my caps button being on and if it was i apologise, that was not intentional

Right, this has been escalated to senior staff, which as you have already seen, Telluur responded to.
However as you are a VIP, I would like to add my points as well.

Th e fact is, in your original appeal you have lied to us to try and get out of this situation, instead of owning up and acting like an adult (which you claim to be: "kids??? im 29 dude lol ok")


If you would of wrote this appeal and was honest from the start then the responses you have received from us would be very different.


Guides, Moderators, Admins, Senior Admins, Owners, all of us. We all volunteer and give up our time to run this community to help others enjoy themselves. So the last thing they want to have to put up with is people who are there just to try and give them all a hard time.
As stated, Slap is a survival server, and your request was not a valid 1. IF in the past other staff have done what you have claimed they have done, then they should not have and that is something I will have to look into separately. You asked for assistance from Slap Staff and you received it, even if it wasn't what you was after. You then provided hostility towards them causing aggravation and grief. You was reminded of your place and asked to stop the harassment on multiple occasions which you failed to do so and action was then taken to stop you.

After reviewing the events of last night I have decided to issue a 72 hour ban on your account from the Slap Gaming Server.
Hopefully in this time you can review your actions and think twice in future about the way you treat fellow players and volunteers within our community.


This ban appeal will be locked in 48 hours.

Yet we have log files that prove otherwise.
Therefore in my eyes, and others, that constitutes as you not telling the truth, or other other words - lying.
