4.1.0.1. Definition of griefing: Destroying items/blocks NOT owned by the user & pouring lava or water over blocks NOT owned by the user.
4.7.0.1. Rules told by staff must be followed.

Alex asked constantly about it, harassed xiTropicz, me and even other members with it; I decided to jail and mute him for 10 minutes.
After he was released again, he continued with that topic. Plus, he went to (I think it's MohDaol's) a city and started harassing the members there. After I tp'd him out, he was trying to get into it again - he dug blocks below a gate to get in.
This then forced ryuuga to tempban him, and after a short discussion with the other staffmembers who witnessed this I decided to ban him permanently.
(--> See T&C 5.1.0.: "repeated violations will result in higher penalties" and 5.2.0.: "the staff members have the right to determine/change your punishment at any time")

Actions we have taken:
Full Ban from the server.

Remaining Regulations:
AlexBalos has now time to go into final appeal; this topic will close in 48 hours.
And to be very honest with you: after seeing the ban history, it's been overdue that he has been banned.

Phoenix, I advise you not to get other members asking for your ban, since (as you have now seen) this can lead to staff harassment -> bannable.
