Using XRay Why should we unban you?
I am sorry for using x-ray in the first place. When I got banned for 24 hours the first time I learned my lesson. I was legit mining with my friend and I was not using x-ray. I hadn't uninstalled it yet because I use it on my friends server because he allows it. I miss-clicked on "X" , and for less than 3 seconds the mod was on. I turned it off almost immediately, then I got banned. I wasn't using x-ray actively, it was a small mistake. I love this server and I have put quite a bit of time into it and I would appreciate if I could be unbanned. I have uninstalled x-ray as well. Thank you for your consideration.

Hello B2K_FirefoxTide, I will be dealing with your appeal.

Cause of Ban:
You had been banned 3 days prior for 48 hours for having been doing Xray, when I joined the server on the 18th of February you wrote "lol, no more ray, admin on", as seen in this screenshot:

After checking the numbers between your first ban and the one recieved by me there was discovered that your numbers were worse:

This leads to prove that you were still using xray the day after you were let back on the server for more than just a minute.

Course of action:
Your ban sticks, but you have 48 hours to add to your appeal, should you find it necessary.

The "No more ray, admin on" message was a joke to my friend, I was not using x-ray. I don't know what you mean by the numbers were worse, after being banned, I did not use x-ray except by accident which is no longer a problem because it has been deleted. The diamonds I found after being banned were from running through mine-shafts and tunnels, as well as digging around any lava I found. I did this for hours and hours, I don't know if you can see someones play time but if you can, you will see. If I was using x-ray for that long, I would have mined at least 4 times as many diamonds. Thanks again for your consideration.

Considering the light number, and having done research on how Xray works I am going to give you the benefit of the doutb, however be aware that if you are caught doing anything against the rules from this point forward, your ban will not be lifted.
