I don't know why Why should we unban you?
I was mining for about 3 hours and when I was done, I ended up with 40 gold and 40 iron, not stacks. Then when I was about to sell it, the seller asked me if I was using xray and I said no, in which I don't use Nodus, it doesn't work on my laptop. Then the admin asked me if I used it and I said what are you talking about. I had been mining for 3 hours and I came up with not a lot of gold or iron considering the time I spent. I was also doing this while I was looking for my stuff I droppe when I got hit by lava and I burned to death outside of the lava because I couldn't find a water source.

You weren't banned for having 40 iron and 60 gold, you were banned for having unacceptable levels of diamonds mined. Most players have a 0.5%-2% diamond average. You also denied using X-ray, as shown here in these pictures. Your X-check is unaffected by purchased diamonds or fortune, it is simply what you have mined.

Server sucked anyways. Staff were too unruly and the commands were too limited. My friend who owns the largest server in the world brings in about 2,300 dollars a year with donations. This server will never live up to that. It will be shut down in a few months because of the lack of funds, I guarantee it.

The largest servers in the world make over $30,000 a year mate, I know the owners, I met them all at Minecon.

This server already makes more than that amount, and I can guarantee we will be here for years to come.
