Leases popping off horses

When you attach a lead to a horse after some time it will disconnect from the horse and the point you attached it to and youre horse will wander off.
Is there a way to prevent this ?

Having the same problem, good thing my horse can't go far, but is very annoying as the lead vanishes (for me) so it costs me 25$ per time the lead derps away xD

25$ isn't that much when you have a cocoa bean farm

All 1.6 related bugs can not be fixed yet as there is absolutely no support for the new features with plugins.
