Ability To do /ptime Day

Ive seen this plugin or feature used before to where it changes the players perspective on whether it is day or night, For example Staff City was just built wanted to do a fly by of it to show it off in a server video, The person recording lets say at around midnight in-game would be able to do /ptime day and it would change the players perspective to show what it would look like when it is day but not change the other players perspective

Imo: Ruins a bit of the survival aspect & will only cause players to be very confused. Daytime, mobs spawning, stuff like that.
In the creative world however, maybe.
