Hi jimred9 here and the servers smallest home is up for sale. Yep, its a 3x3x16 block house and is officially the smallest house on the server for you to own.

You will get all found within the world guard including a private beach. This is an excellent property for those with a wish of a small retreat or a wish to expand...

Located in the new survival world at this location...

This house is still for sale and any offer can be negotiated. This a lovely property and is the smallest house on the server with a bedroom, kitchen and storage/furnace area....

I really want to sell this as at the moment it is taking up one of my set home thingys...

I know you may not want to do this, when I never use a house, I give it away to a struggling builder :) feels good :P

It's a small house for a small price, I used a really nice texture pack, I'll give you the name next time I'm on minecraft

impressive? meh, it's cute, but adding some item frames would make it impressive, a clock always adds some, but as it is now, it's only cute, not that impressive.... the layout is nice though :P
