My Double grinder(Zombie+Skelly) is nearly Done but Still a work in progress. My best time, (i timed) to get to lvl30 was 6 minutes 33 seconds. This is very fast and while the Mobs are building up you can be enjoying are faculties: Storage,Exp room, Enchanting room, Storage, amour storage, or even your own private room!!

Prices:
The Grinder Itself is 5k to use, this is for lifetime
Exp room is 1k
Enchanting room is also 1k
Storage and amour Storage is 1.5k for both
The soon to be built brewery will cost 1.2k.

Deals:
The Premium: Grinder,storage,amour storage,Exp room,enchanting room AND any other rooms that will be built in future,, The Premium also gets access to their own 10x7 room ( what is in it up to you!!) All this only costs 10k!
The Normal: Access to all the above but without the amour storage and private room. This only costs 7k
The Low: Only accses to grinder and exp room 5.5k
THESE DEALS ARE ONLY FOR 1 MONTH!! AFTER THAT YOU HAVE TO BUY ALL SEPREATLY!!


Rules:
Most clear hopper chest after use!! Fine of $50
AFING IS NOT ALLOWED!! you will be reported and removed form wg!!
Money payment is FINAL! no refunds
Non mambers will not be allowed to tp or use/sethome at the grinder
NO breaking ANY blocks or redstone!!
No more than 3 xp vaults in private room, each wall at exp room has 6 spaces per person!

I have tested many spawners and this is the quickest!

I think the prices are too high as I have access to a double spawner already I mean most players can't afford 10k

If you want to make your topic appealing you should check your spelling and cap use. also 10k is rather much to be honest.

What i think he means is the special deals that are on right now only last for a month, and then after that they will no longer be running.

But the cost is a one time payment that once payed provides you with lifetime use.

Okay due to Beeing to dear, everything is 5k. So it's 5k for grinder and all rooms, it's 2k for grinder only and it's 800 for each room, but the exp vault is 1k
