VIP access to /speed in Creative World

I suggest we give all VIP's the /speed fly command when in creative.

I would only give up to /speed fly 3 - this means you will get up to a x3 speed increase when flying in the creative world.



Let's hear your community feedback on this then we can see about proceeding or not!

Our compass is good enough, but what if members could have up to speed 2, and VIP up to 3, the speed can be helpful for all, hogging it isn't the right thing to do, sure it's a nice addition, but do we really need a creative command as a VIP feature at a survival server >.>?

Added. VIPs can do /flyspeed [1-3] in the creative world.
