Miners of Minecraft are a group dedicated to collecting resources on the Slap Gaming Minecraft server. We hire staff to help us also collect resources who also get benefits of being part of the team. The resources that we do collect, can be sold to customers for a fair and acceptable price.

Why Do You Want To Join: I like mining and when I usually start mining, I won't stop untill I run out of picks.

What Do You Feel You Can Give To The Group: I feel like I could give mining tips, a "supply" list, I could offer many ores using my silk touch pickaxe, I could mine enough for everyone using my fortune III pickaxe, and I could show the group how to deal with certain "obstacles"

However, there is one small problem. My laptop has passed away and my desktop which sucks really bad makes it very laggy to play on minecraft 1.7.2. I will try to come on if I can. Note that when I do get a brand new laptop for chirstmas, I'll be coming back on a WHOLE lot more. I suggest you put me on the "Pending" as It would very difficult to work with the laggy conditions I have to face using this desktop. Then again, I'll understand if you reject this application and I will not argue with that descion at all. But, if you are to hire me, place me on the "Pending" list.

You are free to suggest a price yes, but it will be discussed by the owners of the group, and then a post will be made alerting you of the price dependant on time/whats needed that you will then need to confirm before we start on it, or deny, or try to negotiate :)

You never discussed a price with is, just said that you werent willing to pay 1k per stack. we deemed 750 as reasonable as the blocks themselves are rare, and we could not find a mushroom biome in the resource world. therefore we used bonemeal and mycellium to grow the mushrooms then chop them down for you on our groups island. so due to the nature of this task, and the rareity of the blocks we agreed that 750 was a good price to charge you, if you are not willing to pay this price then i'm not sure where things will go from there.

Miners of Minecraft Revamped

For the concern of your time this message is only for Miners of Minecraft members.

Currently myself and a few others are working on a new version of the Island Miners of Minecraft. We will be tearing down multiple builds to make room for new ones with more style and class. The update to the island will include some of the following changes:

- A new, separate, penninsula with farms and stables.

- The original marketplace building will be replaced with a M.O.M HQ skyscraper

- The chest area will be remodeled ( Thanks Wackmo)

- The Fishing platform will be redone and possibly repositioned

- Perks will be given to players that prove themselves trustworthy

- Positions (no prefix) will be given out to trustworthy players

- The furnace room will be completely scraped.

- The ingot smelting room will be removed or redone and repositioned

All these changes will take some time before the island can completely open up once more. And yes the Island will be closed for all players not in the Miners of Minecraft group. Applications will not be considered as these changes are developing. Any furthur questions, please PM myself or Jussieg ingame or on the forums.
