Contest Rules

1. Builds must be relating to your favorite, book or short story.
2. Must be based on an ACTUAL published work.
3. Builds must comply with SLAP Terms & Conditions.
4. Plots can't stay empty for more than 24 hours or incomplete for more than 4 days. After such a time, the plot will be reset and made available to other builders.
5. There are three sizes of plots. 36 total.


(LARGE) 31x31x25
(MEDIUM) 23x23x25
(SMALL) 9x9x25

NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THE BUILDING AREA ALLOTTED
6. Builds will done on your own. No teams.
7. No Pokemon related builds.
8. Contest will end on the 29th of January. Winners will be chosen on the 31st.
9. Must be a member to enter.


Prizes

1st Place- 200,000 IGC
2nd Place- 100,000 IGC
3rd Place- 30,000 IGC
4th/5th Place- 5,000 IGC

How to Enter

Simply post a response to this topic below stating which plot you would like (Choose from the list below) and why you think we should choose you. A member of Slap Staff will then allocate you a plot in-game and send you an in-game mail message to alert you that you have been allocated a plot & will add you to the list below!

Will the different sizes affect how you are scored? Like you separate the large builds from the medium and such or will it not matter?

In my book, the size of the build doesn't matter. I want people to rise to the challenge of both small and big builds alike.

Yes, but like all the other competitions the plots are labeled by number. I'll make a revision to the post, but in the meantime I'd suggest going to see the location of each plot. The Shelves are located above the halloween island and to the right of the Christmas island.

Magically, letters have appeared next to the plots, pretty sure these are suppose to tell us which sizes...

It's yours, but I won't be able to get online till tonight. So you'll have to wait unless you can get staff to give you the plot. If anyone needs to compare world guard dimensions, they can check plot #12.

So Who won?

No one has been named yet. However since there's only 3 or 4 things built on the shelf I'm pretty sure we all won.
Though who won first second or third or fourth has yet to be decided. I don't think the competition got the attention that was hoped for. There was what, 24 slots to build and only four people wound up making something?
Maybe it will be reused for another challenge/contest later on to fill it out.
