Can members take xp out of a xp bank?

I was wondering since I'm a VIP for a month and I make an xp bank now with xp in it if I wait a month when I'm a member will I be able to get it out again? Or be able to put xp in? Hope this makes sence.

I believe you can only create expvaults as a vip. As a member you can still use the xpvaults created by you. Not 100% sure on this, I'll double check tomorrow.

Already messaged andrew about this in-game, but to also respond here:
Members cannot use ExpVaults, even if they have made them while being VIP. They can however still destroy them, which will return all the XP in it to the player.
