Lately there have been some issues regarding the lack of mods available.

This suggestion might sound rude or somewhat out of place, but I suggest trying to promote some people to mods, or at least trying to locate some people that might.

There are lots of hours that mods are not available and people complaining.

Well that is a part of the problem.
I haven't been able to even log in for like 3 days (and prob wont be able to be online much, if at all, in the next couple of days). Swamped with work.
Add the fact that a couple of staff members are working on a project off-server -> Staffed hours drastically drop.

We are aware of this issue and it is because a lot of us have been working on a side project.

Hopefully within the next.... week? this should change, and you may even see some new friendly faces with a blue name tag!
