Is it possible to request buttonwarps to be created if the locations and the links are contained within a WorldGuard?

generally, no.

As far as i'm aware it's only been under certain circumstances where people have made button warps made for them by staff, and these have been when they've made an adventure style map thing for players to go through on the server.

As i know this is what you basically want it for, it's possible if deemed worthy by other staff

We grant button warps to 'exceptional' builds that we feel we can showcase on the server. The button warp would then be placed at the spawn of that world, linked to your build to showcase it.
