Cant connect to server

I came on mc today to play some survival and, as you see by the title, the can't connect to server came up. Please tell me if its something I need to fix on my end or if there is something going on with the server.

also happening to me, and it's happened to me before, so i'm pretty sure it's the server. nothing you can do other than wait i think.
