Rescorce world, VIP grant, and the shop

Now that we have 1.8 I would love to be able to use all of the new blocks that were added to the game (temple blocks, sea lanterns, andesite, etc.) but we dot have a way to get them. I believe we should add them to vip grant and the shop, also reset the RW.

I think this would be a great idea, since they are usually unobtainable in the current worlds, adding them to VIP grant would be a nice perk for us. Adding them to the shop makes them accessible to most people so why not? The rw does need reset, so many people used it for mcmmo and the forests have been hit hard, a reset would be great asap.

Oh well, I still support getting those blocks, even if it won't be in full stacks.
