I think it would be really cool to fly around slap and i never seen any server with it !

If this plugin is what I think it is, I would like to see something like this.
However
Stoux has too much on his plate at the moment. I have a bit of an idea of what he has to do, and it would be very unlikely if he would have the time to set this up. I do not see this happening in the near future.

As far as I know; this is impossible without modded clients/server.
