I usually visit these forums on mobile, and I have noticed the banner seems to have some issues. I'm not sure how the banner works, but is seems like it is two pictures ant the smaller screen on my mobile device does not have room for both.

It's not just mobile devices aswell. If you open it with a PC and make the browser smaller but visible, it overlaps just the same.
Use tapatalk on your phone! It's free (on Android, dunno about iPhone) and amazing :p
