Has anyone else noticed them? I was playing with some mates last night and we noticed the doors and explosions had some new sounds about them. Notch has stealth updated us!!!

I'm pretty sure sounds are downloaded directly from minecraft.net, one year ago the sounds were often missing because the site wasn't online. So i guess it's not a real update :P

It was technically a stealth update, as these were kept offline till he decided to release them. I've been following the info on twitter/reddit. New sounds are indeed cool, other sounds will be unavailable till the official release later this week.
