I am simply trying to resolve my local bans so I can access other servers.

Hello Humility,

I will be dealing with your ban appeal.

After looking up your ban and why you have been banned from our server, I decided to leave you banned;
because you have been banned during a DDoS attack against our server.
Looking up your ban history makes it even worse, you've got an amount of 42 bans on your account.

I have consulted other staff members, and we have made the decision that we are not going to unban you, you have just too much bans.

I will leave this thread open for another 48 hours, you can use these 48 hours to go into a final appeal.

Can you put up a list of the bans that I have please? I think my account has been compromised.

Im sorry, but I can't, since these bans all are from different servers, as you might have found out already.
The only thing I can now think of is to contact the MCBans Staff, they might be able to give you some more information on this.

Yes I've come to this forum from their website, on there it only lists 2 Local bans however and no Global ones. I shall contact them.

Could you take a screen cap for me of the page you viewed the 42 bans and PM or post it please? I'd like to be able to send the MCBans people some proof if they can't find anything.

You have indeed only two bans, I must have mis-read something.
No idea how I managed to read that you have 42 bans.

Again, I'm sorry, but this doesn't change anything on the actual ban...

Well what would you like me to try and prove or indeed say? The only knowledge I have of my ban is what you have told me. Could you perhaps un-ban me and throw me in a jail for eternity?

As I've said before, I'm just trying to get my 2 local bans over-turned so I can play on another server.

I don't know how I could prove I didn't participate in a DDoS on the server, because as far as I'm concerned, it happened without me even knowing.

The only action I've taken so far is changing my MC password just in case my account had been compromised.

[EDIT] Also, you mentioned consulting other staff members about my 42 bans, which turned out to be a mistake, what do they now say on matter knowing I only have 1 other ban?

Dear humility,

I have decided to overturn flrns decision on leaving you banned. As it seems that your intentions are honest and the opinions of other staff members are purely based on faulty information, namely the 42 bans.

I'm writing this reply on my phone and thus have no access to the server or the mcbans panel. I will try to unban you as soon as possible.
