/home in the nether

Heya,

a small bug has appeared in the process of making the teleport above the nether impossible, it seems teleport out of the nether is impossible if the place is above the nether bedrock.

I noticed it when I tried /home sky, which is my home in the sky(about 200 blocks at y).

It's not such an important bug, it's just can be annoying that you have to /spawn before using /home above the nether bedrock level, whether it's in the nether or not(which is in the case not in the nether, I don't realy have a home in the nether above bedrock... derp).

I thought it's been stopped so players can't get up there anymore?
