food and helth not replentished after death in spleef arena

In the old spleef arena when you died you respawned and got full health and hunger
Now you get put in the spectator area and you keep youre current health and more important youre current hunger.
the problem in this is that when playing multiple runs youre hunger decreases and after a while youre health will also decrease
Is it possibe to give people after being transported full health and hungerbars back ?
