Free Tpa in creative world

heya, I wanne suggest and improbement for the creative world.

a new command which will be named /tpchere, which will send a request to any person to teleport them to the user.

The /tpc is basicly a tpahere that is avaible to members ONLY in the creative world, this command wll be restricted by movement, the tpc request will expire if the player move too many blocks or uses a command, and will expire after 45 sec, that is in order to prevent abuse of the command when /home to another world.

Why Do we need this command?

Well, the creative world is not a survivel world, people be making stuff and sharing the sight and showing their build skills, I believe they should be freely able to show their friends their builds.

Also, it's already possible to fly, basicly, this saves time when going towards far away builds. and it won't affect the survivel aspect at all, it's all creative part. makes our server awesomer.

The comand should only be available for creative to creative movement only, right?
