Apply form wrong perms

I hear off someone having troubles with the apply form for the minecraft server.
It seems the permissions to view the form are wonky.
I could see it and ryuuga and m1sherw00d (builder) couldnt get to it issuficient permissions
it was m1sherw00d who wanted to become a member btw.
Just letting you guys know

Can't replicate this issue. The forum setting haven't changed, the only requirement is a forum account. When you're not logged in it will send you to the login/register page.

Telluur fixed it for ryu's account, this won't happen to newly registered users btw. Builders complaining in chat about being unable to apply just aren't logged in
