voted run of pvp games

Would it be possible to get a command which starts a vote and if there are enough votes the chosen pvp game will auto start ?
This might lift the need for staff to start the games because the pvp games themself run fine without staff intervention imho

Will be implemented, however there's a bunch of other things that will need to be done first.
