Old spawn railroad in the way

The title pretty much says it, this railroad is in my way. Since I most likely cannot get permission for it, it'd be nice if a staff member could rebuild that part so it goes underground instead.

His was there first, since the rail was made to go to the castle.
I'm fine with you getting perms for that part of the rail honestly (if I'm not mistaken you actually built a part of it)
