when i try to add life time vip to my basket it says added to basket yet when i check my basket it says its empty and i cant buy it please help

Only option then is to contact jackster21 on the forums with a private message, he can manually confirm your donation and grant you your perks.
One downside; he is at minecon and won't be back till wednesday, I can try to get hold of him. But that's up to you.
