Tutorial: Teamspeak3 Setup

I'm trying move around on the team speak server and it wont work... I'm stuck in the lobby and when trying to change room it says 'insufficient permissions' I can't figure out how to fix this and I have attached a photo below Thanks
I've been in the lobby for a bit now and I can hear people joining and leaving the lobby, it seems I can only see people within my own room thing. I noticed how i haven't got the green eye on, but when i click it it says insufficient permissions.

The person who gave you the permissions & groups messed up. Message a Server admin (Me, Honkin, Jack) when you're on TS (or MC).

Ahh ok, the thing is I can only see people within the lobby :L
