Hi people! I am a fan of yogcast and watching their minecraft videos i got an idea for a server. So i tryed to set up a server but none of it made sence and i still dont know how to run a world form single player (not LAN) plz help!

The easiest way would be going to minecraft.net/bukkit.com (if you want moar features), download the .jar and run it. If you just wanna play with friends I'd suggest hamachi or similar things, otherwise you need to forward the right ports (better google for those) and configure your firewall (if needed)
